Anari syrniki, sweet or savoury
Classic syrniki are soft anari cheese pancakes with jam, Greek yogurt and seasonal fruit. If you prefer a savoury breakfast, choose between gorgonzola and walnuts, spinach and feta, or mozzarella and dried tomatoes.
The savoury versions keep the anari base and change the cheese or vegetables. Gorgonzola gives you blue cheese and walnuts; spinach and feta brings greens and a different cheese.
Eggs with sauce or a full plate
Shakshuka has eggs in tomato and sweet-pepper sauce, with feta and multigrain toast. Smoked paprika, cumin and coriander are among its spices.
The Cyprus Breakfast puts two eggs alongside halloumi, anari, bacon, sausage, olives, tomatoes and cucumber, with brioche. The English Breakfast XL pairs eggs, bacon and sausages with beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and multigrain toast.
